The easiest & best way to order is online, using our secure shopping cart facility.
The first time you shop you will need to Click on “Register” on the top right hand corner to register as a shopper. Simply complete the form. You can nominate your log in name & your password – jot this down somewhere safe as you can use this anytime you shop with us. As a return shopper you will need to “Log-In” as a already Registered Shopper.
Click on the item(s) you wish to purchase then click on "Add to Cart".
To continue shopping just Click on "Continue Shopping" after adding each item to your cart.
Once you have finished shopping Click on "Continue" you will then be required to complete your Billing and Shipping address details (your previously recorded details will be displayed automatically, however you are able to add a new shipping address if the item is to be sent to a gift recipient.)
Once this is complete Click on "Get Shipping Rates" - this will display the postage & handling fee applicable to your order. Our rates are flat - $10 for orders under $149 & free for orders over $149.
Click "Continue" to the “Review & Payment” screen. Complete your credit card details to complete your order. We accept Visa and Master cards. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.

We will send you an automatic email confirming receipt of your order, and then again on dispatch of your order.

Discount & Promotion Codes
From time to time we will offer special discounts & promotions that are redeemable with a particular code. To activate these ‘deals’ enter the code at the “Checkout”.
Wish List
The Wish List feature allows you create a shopping list as you browse. You can then decide from the list what you are going to purchase and add the items to your shopping cart.
Gift Vouchers
If you have received a ‘Gift Voucher’ you can redeem this at the “Checkout” by entering the unique code. You are still required to register as a shopper beforehand. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the time of purchase.
Packaging & Gift Wrapping
All orders are packaged securely using ‘recycled’ packaging materials that come to us (including bubble wrap & cardboard) and are then wrapped in plain brown paper & tied with a ribbon or twine. Alternatively if the yare hand delivered they may be packaged in a paper bag.
If the order is a gift and you have completed the “Gift Message” at the “Checkout” we will attach a complimentary Gift Card.
We encourage you to recycle packaging once received.
When purchasing new packaging we opt for recycled, biodegradable, and recyclable items.
Delivery

We will be taking holidays from Wednesday 21st December through to Monday 9th January 2011 - all orders recieved during this time will be sent on Tuesday 10th January 2012.
All orders are delivered within Australia using Australia Post. We use Registered Post where possible unless the costs are prohibitive and in this instance regular parcel post will be used.
Registered Post will ensure your goods are received and are insured. If your parcel arrives when you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox advising you to collect your parcel from your local post office. You may consider using a work address if you are away from home during business hours. Orders can also be delivered direct to a recipient if the order is a gift.
Orders of up to $149
A flat rate for postage and handling of $10.00 will automatically be charged at “Checkout”.
Orders over $149:
Will be delivered FREE of charge.
Orders are usually processed, packed and sent within 1 - 2 days of receipt of payment.
If any delays are expected, such as an item being temporarily out of stock, a planned public holiday, or our office being closed for annual leave, we will let you know as soon as possible.
We will email you to let you know when your order has been posted.
Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, although most orders will arrive much sooner than this. As we are based in Perth, deliveries to the Eastern States usually take a minimum of 3 - 5 working days.
We make every effort to pack all orders securely but we are not responsible for the loss or damage of products during the delivery process. If this happens please let us know immediately & make the appropriate enquiries to Australia Post.
International Deliveries
Sorry we are currently not delivering overseas.
Returns
We source high quality products from a range of suppliers and trust that you will be satisfied with your purchase. We inspect all items personally at the time of processing your order and carefully package them to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
However we are happy to replace any product, which has a manufacturing fault, and to refund or exchange any product you are not 100% happy with (please note we cannot refund already discounted items).
If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason then please contact us at sales@theecoprovidore.com.au within 48 hours of receipt of your goods to arrange for their return.
All items returned must be in original condition and in their original packaging, and must be returned within 7 working days of receipt.
In addition to this any discrepancies with orders must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of the product by phone, email or in writing.

Once we have received the products, we will notify you. Delivery costs will be refunded if the return is a result of our error or the product is faulty.
GST Policy
All prices quoted at www.theecoprovidore.com.au are listed in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST (goods & services tax).

Environmentally Friendly
We are constantly looking for ways to reduce our environmental impact.
We are big on recycling & re-using and do so with all packaging we receive, we print on recycled paper, and use an environmental printing company for all company printing, we try to limit our print communication and use e-mail where possible, we recycle our printer cartridges, we use non-incandescent light globes, we buy Green Power and we offset business (office & transport) carbon emissions.
We are currently offsetting all ‘freight costs’ incurred in receiving & delivering stock so you can feel comfortable about your purchase.
By the way research suggests that online shopping is more environmentally friendly than traditional retailing.
